My name is Sanshia and I have just got my ECA and working towards to get my ECE :) I was born in Sri-Lanka, a little island under India, and grew up most of my life in Canada. I am tri-lingual speaking, English French and Tamil. I am a very outgoing person, who loves to have fun and have a great time with people. One of my favorite things is to explore. I absolutely love travelling to different countries to see their life style and try out new things. My hobbies are dancing. Dance is my life, been dancing from 5 years and still counting! I have one little Shih Tzu puppy named Spencer, and I love him dearly. He is the baby in the house. I have one younger sister who is currently in high school. A main interest is working with children, I love working and taking care of children, as that is what I am currently studying for. I have experience being a teacher's assistant and early childhood assistant from infants to school age children. I have a medical background as well which consists of First Aid, CPR and Police Reference Check. I am a friendly person, who loves to meet new people. Hopefully I meet all you wonderful people soon! :) My childcare work experience had varied from teaching all the way to working in daycares with infants - school age children. Wether it was with infants or school age my tasks included: - Planning indoor and outdoor activites. - Preparing food for lunch and snack - Diaper changing ( infants and toddlers) - Doing Laundry ( blankets) - Cleaning the area ( classroom or washroom) once children was done. - Sweeping and wiping s once lunch/ snack was done. - Circle Time Sing songs, talk, read stories.
