My name is Megan and I have also had a passion for children. I love their unique personalities and watching them grow and learn. Knowing that they are so full of potential makes me want to surround them in an environment that sets them up for success and happiness. They need to learn and have fun doing so. I am big into helping children be healthy and to help them grow into their full potential. I took an ECE program in which I have one practicum left to do. I took care of children ages 2-5 with duties that include; cleaning the play area and the kitchen, safety scans of outside play areas, preparing, serving and supervising meal times, circle time, story time, supervised walks around the neighborhood and to the park. I have cared for up to 8 children, at times on my own and at other times with the help of one other person. I have learned much about young children and how to give them a safe, healthy and nurturing environment in which they have many opportunities to learn, grow and reach their full potential. I also have 4 nieces and a young son of my own. I have been around children and been taking care of them since a young age and am passionate about this field of work.
