My name is Larissa de Osma Garcia Afonso, and I'm a brazilian 23 years old looking for a live-in caregiver job. We can have a Skype "meeting" if you and your family want to, so I can present myself, talk about my experience. But basically, I have a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management and another one in Culinary Arts. I also worked as a nanny for 1 year, and I worked as a Brazilian Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World Resorts. I LOVE kids, and I'm able to be part of your family! I speak fluent portuguese and english, but also a little french and spanish. I hold a spanish passport as well, because my mother was born in Madrid-Spain. Canada has the Live-in Caregiver Program- that allows me to work as a Nanny with an specific Visa. So for me to apply for this job, I will need a "positive LMO" from HRSDC and a contract, in prior to arrive in Vancouver. I've been to Vancouver on July 2012, and I stayed in a homestay in North Vancouver....at W 15st w/ Mahon St. If you want I also can give the family number so you could call them and ask about me. I do have a driver's license, so driving is not an issue for sure. Housework is not a problem as well. Thanks!
