Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

My name is Jenny and I am seeking part time work with a family in Toronto. I completed my Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto in 2013 and am now completing my degree to be an Osteopath. I also played NCAA division 1 ice hockey in the States for 4 years. I am very passionate about working with children and supporting healthy active living. Throughout the past 10 years, I have had a number of experiences working with children in grades K-12 in classroom and extra curricular settings as a teacher and coach. I also have certification and experience working with children with special needs as I was a full time special education teacher. I worked as a nanny with 3 boys aged 2-7 in Calgary from 2013-201.... I also travelled to Australia where I worked as a nanny for 3 beautiful little girls aged 1-7. My most recent nanny job was about a year ago here in Toronto where I worked with a lovely couple and their 2 year old son. I would love to continue working with children and being a nanny again seems like the perfect fit. I am a personal trainer, an avid athlete and love promoting healthy active lifestyles to children of all ages. I have also been playing the piano since I was a little girl and truly believe the arts is a valuable part of a child's growth. I have worked a number of camps and development programs which have all helped me learn valuable skills for this type of job. I have a 7 year old daughter of my own as well as a very large extended family with about 15 cousins ranging from 3 years old to 25 years old. We have always been there for each other, helping one other grow. I am passionate about working with children and helping them develop and would love the opportunity to work with your family.
