My name is Alison. I am a certified ECE with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I am currently entering my final year of my Child and Youth Study Degree at Mount Saint Vincent University. I have been working with children all of my life and find it to be the most rewarding opportunity. I love watching children grow and develop and know that I had a part in teaching them something. I love to create new learning experiences such as activities, baking, outings and more. I love working with children with special needs as well as typically developing children. I have worked with children for many years. I am a certified Early Childhood Educator and have experience working work children with diverse needs in various settings including daycares, preschools, in home care and centers for children with special needs. I have worked at summer camps as well and worked with children of all ages from newborn to school-age. I love working with children and planning activities with them. I enjoy doing creative activities based on the child's interest and developmental level. Summer is a great opportunity to be creative and learn new things. I have cooked for children, including picky eaters and really enjoy doing baking activities to get the children involved in cooking. Everyday with children is a new and exciting experience.
