Ludmila Gonçalves worked at Maple Bear Florianópolis from 2015 to 2017, as a teacher working with Senior Kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 classes. During this time, Ludmila demonstrated to be a reliable, creative, enthusiastic, and skillful educator, being very knowledgeable in the language acquisition process. She also demonstrated consistency in her interest in the learning process and emotional well being of her students, as well as ability in connecting with children and in stimulating their will to learn. During these years, Ludmila attended a variety of pedagogical courses delivered by Maple Bear Brazil trainers, and was able to deliver trainings very effectively to other teachers at our school. Ludmila is a talented, intelligent person, who contributed to our school team and was an excellent model to our children.

Ludmila its a wonderful woman, always happy, caring, dedicated and oganized. She is always ready to help and always webt beyond my expectations. She was my daugthers’ teacher and she babysit Rafaella a few times in the past. I would totally recommend her as a baby sitter.
