Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Good Day, Looking for a FULL-TIME LONG TERM position ONLY please. I am a Canadian that lived in the US for many years. Five years ago I returned to Canada and school and have become a certified Montessori teacher. I have been working in the Montessori world for the past five years and am hoping to incorporate my new skills with those of my nanny skills. I have been working with children 2. 5 to 6 years. While living in Houston, Texas for more than four years I worked as a Nanny to a young boy. In addition I tutored children in English comprehension for two years while in Texas. I also volunteered as a Teachers Aide for almost five years in a pre-K ESL class in Texas. I love being with children, they are my passion. I enjoy surfing the web, playing board games, reading, going for walks, watching movies and trying new things. I am an extremely patient and non judgmental individual. Having been trained as a Montessorian I would help any child to learn to do things for themselves so that they can grow and expand their skills at all times and at all ages. I feel that children can do much more for themselves than many people give them credit and they enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
