Nanny Job in Squamish, British Columbia

New parents (mom) to a 4 month old baby girl, we are looking for a full time live in nanny who we can build a long-term relationship with! We have just moved into a brand-new beautiful home in Squamish, with a private suite which would be used by you, we also will provide a car to use and pay for a monthly cell phone plan. Originally from vancouver, 40 minute drive which we do frequently and for candidates who would like to be near to vancouver this is why we provide a car for you to have that freedom during your spare time. We also have a movie room and home gym which you will be able to use at agreed upon times. Important qualities: Someone who is looking to become a part of our family long term Infant/Newborn and Eventually Toddler and young child experience I am still going to be hands on but need someone trustworthy and reliable to be there full time, we are kind warm people who will make your environment very conformable. We are looking for someone who is willing to be an extra set of hands for our baby girl, and some light house keeping. We only have the one child. She is a very happy and easy baby. Roughly once a month to six weeks we are away for several days (2-5 days) as our relatives live nearish but we go and stay. We also go on weekend holidays which most likely baby would stay with family if she is not with us. You will still be paid your monthly salary during this time and can enjoy those extra days off as well as your annual time off. We are looking for help in the home and outside of the home, I may have lunches, plans or errands to run and would like you and baby to join me so I can have baby near. Examples: I have lunch plans, you and baby would come and sit near however when it comes time to feed or change diaper you will tend to babies needs or walk around in the stroller in nearby area. May have weekends away where we would like to bring baby but still have the freedom to relax, you would attend this weekends and mind the babies needs. Unsure exactly what a weekly schedule would look like, need someone with set days off and the other days flexible for most of the day. As mentioned previously, I will still be hands on most of the time therefore most days will be fairly reasonable amounts of work. We feel happy to go above and beyond in generosity for the right candidate who is willing to do the same for us!
