Hey my name is Valerie.
I'm a positive, outdoorsy, and passionate Yogi. For several years, I worked on and off in daycare centers mostly because I love working with kids. I've also taught gymnastics to children from 8 months old to 12 years old. My experience teaching Mommy & Me gymnastics classes was oh so fun. I believe that teaching mindfulness to kids at a young age can strongly benefit their future and the world we live in. Plus kids deserve all the art & crafts and outdoor play they can get!
