Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

My name is Karina, Im 31 years old and I’m looking for a nanny job. Im looking for sponsorship (Ilive in Mexico and I can fly to Canada on January 2022) Im from Mexico. I'm a Social Worker focused in child education. In the last 8 years I have gained professional experience working with kids from different ages (from to 2 months to 15 years old) thats because of my jobs (as a nanny/babbysitter/teacher) and professional practices from university (intern). (I also have worked with kids with special needs, disabilities, learning problems, etc.) But, before that,the first time I was a babysitter was when I was 13 years old. I babysat my cousin for 3 years and after that when I was 25 I also was a babysitter for my nephew on my vacations. I never received a payment, so it was not a professional job, but i used to take care of my cousin and nephew, feed them, play with them, teach them some colors or numbers, etc. ^^ As a NANNY/BABYSITTER some of my activities were: Meal prep, feed the baby, play with him, change his clothes, sleep the baby, etc. But I also use do some stuff like do laundry or clean the house. ^^ As a TEACHER/ SOCIAL WORKER I use to work with more than 15 kids I worked with kids from 5 years old to 15 years old I used to teach them mainly about cleaning habits, study routines, feeding routines, personal care, about their bodies and their functions, how to stay safe, etc. And I also used to work with the parents of my students (information, conferences, tutorials, counseling,etc.) ^^ COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS ** Psychological first aid ** Newborn Baby Care More about me: ** Im a family oriented girl ** I’m a responsible, easygoing, hard-working, flexible, dedicated, intelligent, independent, mature, open-minded, patient, honest and respectful person. ** I like psychology and sociology, so I like to read books on human behavior, child psychology, emotion management, etc. ** I don’t drink, don’t smoke ** Im pet friendly ** I can teach you spanish **I'm still improving my english skills ** I also have experience as a cleaner/ housekeeper Hobbies: In my free time I like listening to music, I really enjoy a good song. I also like reading some books, cooking some mexican food or some desserts, watching movies or series. Mexico has a very hot weather, so in summer, I like to go to swim and visit waterfalls or rivers. I would like to find a nice and respectful family. I know we can have some issues because we are from different cultures, but nothing is impossible and i know we can have good match and a nice relationship.
