My name is Acacia. I am a young, creative, fun, and experienced childcare worker. For six years I worked in before and after-school programs throughout Calgary. I currently work with Hull Services as a child and youth care counselor for high-risk youth. I have worked with all ages and have loved every moment! I have nannied for several families over the years and am looking at finding another family to support part-time. I spend a lot of time outdoors, I have a love for all pets and a great sense of humor. I also love baking, I make some amazing chocolate chip cookies. I have my own reliable SUV and I am willing to provide a driver's abstract and a criminal record check. Working with children has been a passion of mine for many years. I make children my main priority, as i absolutely love what i do! I have my First Aid/CPR, my level 1 in Early Childhood Education, and a Diploma in community service work and addictions. Acacia has been caring for my children for 4 years now. She has always been tremendously responsible, and my children adore her and can't wait to spend time with her. She does not simply sit and watch television, ignoring my children, but always interacts and spends time with them. One thing I noticed is that she has a incredible gift in relating to children according to their unique style, age and temperament. Acacia is kind, fair, communicative, generous and trustworthy.
