I have worked with children ever since I was 16 years old. I have had years of experience dealing with children at variety of ages. I used to run a summer fun program for kids whose age ranged from 4-15. I was also Assistant program coordinator at a youth center that serviced children age 10-17. My current job placement is in a group home caring for 6 individuals whose age range from 13-17. Most of the duties in all of these jobs is organizing activities for kids to have fun and to make sure they are being safe. I used to help facilitate programs to teach kids how to stand up to bullies and how to say no to drugs or alcohol. Another major part of all these jobs was cleaning up after the children I was caring for.
