Working with children is the most rewarding career I can think of. I feel like I am influencing the next generation of our society in a positive way. I have always wanted to help people. Children bring out the best in me, and I try my best to do the same for them. I have worked with children since I was a teenager and have found a few trade secrets of my own. I find it helpful to keep children in a happy state of mind, encourage them to do well, see things from other people\'s points of view and discipline only when needed.
