When I babysit, I always attempt to help the children as much as I can with their school work and by introducing them to new activities and hobbies. Anthony I worked as a swimming instructor with the City of Toronto for five years, with children between the ages of one and fifteen. Group sizes ranged between four and eight, as well as one on one private sessions. In this position, I was responsible for maintaining a positive and safe teaching atmosphere, as well as making sure my classes were tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of all of the participants. I also worked with Camp U of T, as a swim instructor, with children between the ages of six and twelve. I was responsible for teaching and supervising groups of ten children, and taught them various swimming skills. Another coaching experience I have had is in soccer, teaching boys and girls between the ages of six and ten. Another experience I have had working with children was as a tutor for five years for elementary and high school students. My role was to assist the students in math and sciences. Lastly, I have baby sat and helped to take care of my young cousins. My cousins range in age from one to twelve and I have had a large role in helping out their parents by babysitting, cooking, tutoring and helping them in sports.
