*We do NOT wish to sponsor under the live-in caregiver program.* As our child is very well behaved, in school and a prent is always present, this is primarily a housekeeper / meal preparation assistant position. •Be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of the whole residence. •Carry out washing, ironing, steaming and linen care, including washing delicate fabrics. •Make beds. •Organize and manage household inventory, closets and storage areas, pack and unpack luggage •Procuring equipment, supplies and services and general errands (including grocery shopping) •Greet visitors and guests, answering of telephone and taking messages •Handling special requests and related duties as needed Requirements: •Minimum (2) two years experience working full-time in a private household •Strong English communication skills •Working knowledge of all areas of property maintenance •Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide highest quality of service •Flexibility of schedule •Valid driver’s license with clean record would be an asset •Smoke-free environment Qualities: •Honest and self-starter •Ability to work under minimal direction with an emphasis on client service •Exceptional organizational skills •Attention to details •Energetic with a strong work ethic and communication skills •Ability to anticipate the needs of the household •Professional, polished, and maintains confidentiality at all times
