Nanny Job in Nanaimo, British Columbia

We are very clean people with a fairly nice and smaller home. I am a physician. My wife is a manager within the Olympic sport organization. We are non-smokers and request that only non-smokers apply for the job. We are kind and reasonable employers. In return, we expect dedicated service and cleanliness. Our previous nannies and babysitters have all wanted to come back, which probably speaks to how well we treat our employees. Unfortunately, one of them is now over 70 years old and wanting more time off. The other one has been 'scooped up' by her previous employer ;-( Our son is a 'great kid' and rarely screams or throws tantrums. We have consistently heard that he is an 'easy kid'. He's quite bright and cautious. To put in perspective, he could take before he could walk. He knew the alphabet and can could count to 10 by age 2 and 1 month. He is much happier with stimulation. He likes play time, trips to the park, story reading, art class, etc. We hope to keep his development well-fostered and fun. Flexible day time work hours for the majority of the weekdays.
