We are interested in finding a nanny that will become a member of our family. This person will exhibit qualities of compassion, patience and nurturance towards the children. As well, they must be able to multitask and get tasks done in a timely manner. Since this is a household with four young children, it can get pretty busy, so the person must be willing to go above and beyond for us.
