We are a family of east indian background but born and raised in Canada. I will be on maternity leave for about 6 months starting August and already have a child that is 21 months old. We have a great family support system so my children have grandparents that will be very accessible and be able to help with childcare as well when I return to work in order to help our hired cargiver if needed.
