Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are a busy household with 3 active boys (grades 1 and 2 and 11 months old) looking for a live-in nanny. We can't do the live-in caregiver program due to the short time until the start date - please only permanent residents apply. We believe in a loving, firm and fair approach to child-rearing. The boys are bright, responsible and play well together (most of the time!). We look forward to sharing the responsibility of raising great kids with you. The boys are in French Immersion at school - speaking French would be nice but isn't necessary. Childcare is the primary aspect of this role. However, the two older boys are in school all day (and to start, will be in the after-care program at school) and the baby naps well. As such, we want someone who can help us run our household by managing all the stuff that is required to keep the household running smoothly (like laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, quick errands). We have a wonderful woman who comes weekly to clean the house so heavy cleaning is not required. Accomodations: Sunny, bright, private furnished room on third floor with two windows and a lock; bathroom primarily for your use adjacent. Common entry to house.
