Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Hello caregivers, Our family seeks a warm, friendly live-out nanny for our 4yo and 2yo boys. Days are flexible, but we are looking for 3-4 days per week. Our oldest goes to preschool off 22x near Spruce Meadows 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) so we will need someone with their own car who can drive him there and pick him up, for at least one of those days. Se seek a nanny who loves and respects children. We believe that children are whole, capable people worthy of respect and expect that anyone caring for our children holds the same belief. Children deserve your undivided attention and extended periods of play time. TV or movies are very rare and special treats. We expect the boys to go outside almost daily, even in winter, and aren\'t concerned with them staying perfectly clean. We believe dirty children are happy children! We live near Fish Creek Park and have 4 playgrounds within walking distance. We are interested in the boys learning through play, not to be taught reading, writing and arithmetic. They have many years of school ahead of them to learn those things! Our caregiver will also be health-conscious. We feed our children very few processed foods and prefer someone who enjoys cooking. Nothing fancy, just wholesome meals. We are happy to have you give us a grocery list if there is anything you need. It would be a huge help if you can get dinner started occasionally as well. We don\'t expect a cleaner house than we leave you in the morning - clean up after the day with the kids but we don\'t need a spotless house. I would rather you spend that time with the kids!
