Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia
I'm an
Individual
To whom it may concern,
I am a qualified primary school teacher and was employed for two years in an inner city London school. This school had a high number of students for whom English is an additional language (80%). Each class comprised of 30 children. I am also a qualified social care worker and have experience with children with disabilities and behavioural problems. I taught English in Uganda for four months where most children did not have basic English. I have vast experience in child minding since I was 13 years old. I shared a child minding role in my family for three newborn babies. I have recently moved to Vancouver and am looking to gain immediate employment. My working visa states that I am eligible to work/care for children. I am very flexible and organised person and would love the opportunity to meet you and your family.
Kind Regards

This course equipped me with the knowledge and practical experience to work within the broad field of social care. The theoretical focus was on Law, Social Policy, Therapeutic Interaction and Analysis, Social Care Management, Social Care Process and Social History. I investigated Traveller Women and Health in Ireland for my dissertation. The practical element of this course allowed for four work placements in different care settings which enabled me to develop my skills within social care.
