Hi my name is Justin McCann I am a 23 year old student attending University of Victoria full time during the 2016-201... school year and I am looking for a part time caregiver job to compliment my studies. I have most of my experience working with special needs clients of all ages and their families to create a relationship together based on strong communication and activity. I love to be a part of any of the daily needs for a family by providing supportive care during busy times and and adapting to the needs each child/parent might have on a day to day basis. My strengths are outdoor excursions, playing sports and games alike. I hope to alleviate the pressure on parents to be everywhere and be of value during busy schedules. I love to learn as much as I can about the skills for each and every job and am very flexible when it comes to hours. I look forward to showing my enthusiasm for caregiving!
