Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

Our dynamic household in the Edgemont area of North Vancouver is seeking a reliable and adaptable nanny, available to start immediately. I am initially preferring a part-time role, typically 3-4 days per week after school, for approximately 4 hours per day, during the school year. This will transition to a full-time position during the summer months, from either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days a week. The schedule will ideally revert to part-time in the fall with the same hours as previously. I am open to adjusting the part-time role to full-time throughout the school year depending on candidate availability and fit. This position is ideally live-out, although I am open to considering a live-in arrangement for the right candidate. A valid driver's license is essential and I will provide a vehicle for transporting the two children—a 10-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy—from school to various after-school activities, and to/from a variety of summertime activities during the summer. Responsibilities include caring for the children as required, ensuring their safety, driving duties, meal preparation for the family and managing cleanup, light housekeeping, laundry tasks, and occasionally assisting with shopping and driving a grandparent to medical appointments.
