Nanny Job in Surrey, British Columbia

Our situation is kind of unique, R's Dad is a firefighter so his schedule changes each week. As such, we are looking for someone who has fairly wide open availability (Monday to Friday). We will, however, give you your schedule 2-3 months in advance at minimum so you will know your schedule well in advance. Shifts will include some early mornings (i.e. 7:30am start time), long days, and some early evening shifts (i.e. the rare 8pm end time). Due to rotation in schedule, each week and month will have varying shifts and hours which may result in variations in the number of hours you get each week. Because we are able to give you your schedule so far in advance, however, you could definitely have another job. Duties: Of outmost importance to us is finding someone who is a good fit for R and our family! We are looking for someone who will provide a fun and enriching environment and caring for his needs at our home while we are at work. Additional Duties: R attends pre-school a few times a week so we are hoping for someone who is willing to pick him up from school, as well as take him to activities. We are also hoping for someone who is able to do some light house cleaning and keeps our house in order while we are at work :) We are hoping for someone who has: -Experience -Own vehicle -Safe Driving History -Clear Criminal Record Search -First aid with CPR (has or willing to take) -We have a dog who is very friendly, but you must be okay with dogs. -Looking for a fairly long term commitment Preference Given to: -ECE qualified -Food Safe Looking forward to hearing from you and finding out if we might be a good fit for each other :)
