Nanny Job in Anmore, British Columbia

What We're Looking For: Hello! We are seeking a full-time Nanny (live-in or live-out) for our girls, ages 6 & 2. The schedule requirements are four days a week, 9 to 10 hours each day. Ideally, we would like to have someone start in August or early September and commit to staying with us for 10 - 12 months. Responsibilities: We are searching for a responsible, caring and energetic person to provide care for the girls 4 days a week, 9 to 10 hours each day. Responsibilities for the girls include: getting the girls ready for the day, driving or walking to drop off/pick up from school as well as planning fun activities, meal preparation and light housekeeping. A valid driver’s license is required and we would provide a vehicle for driving the girls. Our perfect applicant would have previous childcare experience and be reliable, caring and responsible. You would also be comfortable with pets as we have an 8-year old black Lab. We are an active and fun family living in an area near Vancouver, B.C. We enjoy spending our free time outdoors with lakes and hikes in our neighborhood and parks and activities near by. During the school year, our eldest daughter (6) attends full day school and our youngest daughter (2) attends preschool two days a week, half days. When not attending school or spending free time at home, the girls are involved in activities including soccer, skating, and recreation centre programs such as music and dance class. They also enjoy being creative with crafts and pretend play activities at home. Having free time to play and explore just being kids is also important in our family!
