My name is Sara (they/them) - I am a fun, engaging, energetic child caregiver. I am a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated individual who loves spending time with children. AVAILABILITY - Currently available full-time I have had ample experience working with children - as a childcare giver, educational assistant, music teacher, gymnastics coach, music therapist assistant, music therapy student, summer camp counsellor. I have also completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Honours Psychology at the University of Waterloo, as well as one year of a master's degree in music psychotherapy. As a childcare provider, I take a relationship-first approach, making sure to include movement, caring for self/body, allowing space for emotional processing, and consulting with children about their wants, needs, and feelings. I also like to encourage clear and honest communication.
