To be effective and efficient in giving health teachings to the patient. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Renders direct nursing care to patients. 2. Observes, reports and record symptoms and condition of patients and intervention rendered. 3. Takes and record vital signs. 4. Measures input and output of patients. 5. Give right dose of ordered at the right time and right route. 6. Administer IV fluids as per Doctor’s order. 7. Assist Physicians during the rounds or consultation. 8. Prepares, set up treatment trays, instruments and other equipments and assist physicians during examinations, treatments or special procedures. 9. Impart knowledge thru health teaching with the family and patient. 10. Treats every patient with preservation of one’s dignity and rights.
