Nanny Job in Strathmore, Alberta

THE RAYMOND FAMILY – SEEKING FULL TIME, LIVE OUT NANNY We are looking for a live-out full time nanny in the town of Strathmore, Alberta. The schedule will consist of 10 hours a day (7:30am-5:30pm), Monday through Friday weekly. We have two little girls (8 month old and 2 ½ years old) and will require the nanny assistance long term. The nanny will need to complete light housework and have a criminal background check for my own peace of mind. The nanny will need to have experience with young children, CPR certification, first Aid training and be a non-smoker. The nanny will need to have excellent communication skills and treat our children and home like it was their own, have a valid driver’s licence and access to their own vehicle as well as own their own cell phone to communicate with us during the day. Location: Strathmore North East Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of high school, College Education would be preferred Credentials: (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, MUST HAVE EXCELLENT REFERENCS (minimum 2) Experience: Experience with young children is an asset, must have minimum 5 years’ experience. We want someone energetic, enthusiastic, caring, genuine, communicative, patient, responsible, trustworthy and compassionate. Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English Children\'s Ages: 8 month old, 2 ½ years old – both girls Work Setting: Employer\'s home, non-smoking Specific Skills: Supervise, bathe, dress and feed children, Read and play with children, Prepare nutritious meals, Sterilize bottles, Prepare formulas and change diapers for children, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Tend to emotional well-being of the children, Communicate and inform parents of daily activities and health information regarding children. Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check and first aid training (copies of certificates required, we are happy to pay for the background and security checks).
