Hi, My name is Shenaed and I am a reliable, energetic, experienced child and youth worker. I am currently finishing my maternity leave and am looking for an job opportunity which would be willing to include my son (potentially in my home or yours, also open to other ideas). I went to school for child and youth work I am first aid and CPR trained & TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) trained. I have experience working with different behaviours and special needs. My most recent experience working with children (besides day to day life as a mother) was my previous position as a nanny/housekeeper for a wonderful family and their two boys for 3 years - reference available! I have worked in Group Homes, Behavioural Classrooms in schools, Montessori schools, Day Cares, Pre Schools, I co-ordinated and managed a youth summer camp, I worked for Carnival Cruise lines in their child care program. I love to spend time outdoors and cooking is a passion of mine. My family lives a healthy, active, fit lifestyle & I would be happy to assist a family I am working with to obtain this as well.
