Nanny in Winnipeg, Manitoba

An Australian professional with qualifications in Early Childhood Education & Care. I immigrated to Winnipeg last November, and have recently obtained an Open Work Permit. I have recent Child & Adult Abuse Registry clearances, as well childcare-specific CPR/First Aid training. My career in childcare was instigated by an interest in the work of Maria Montessori, and I was trained and subsequently employed within a 0-6y Montessori environment. I have more recent experience with play-based learning, and am open to exploring other philosophies. I am looking for a long-term position that allows me to build a relationship with and support the family whilst providing continuity of care for the child/ren. I am a conscientious and loving caregiver with the experience to provide educated and attentive care. I am also an enthusiastic cook and (very) keen on animals.
