My name is Karen and I am in a Honors Bachelor of Social Work Program at Wilfrid Laurier University. This September I will be entering into my fourth and final year of the program. I am currently looking to work with children in the time I am off for the summer (April - September). I am available part time - full time hours until September and then there is possibility of some availability depending on my schedule in the fall. I love working with children, I previously had a school placement at Big Brothers Big Sisters Waterloo Region this past Jan-Mar. This placement opened my eyes up to the needs of children these days and I learned many new ways to interact and work with children to reach their goals and potentials.
