Hello! Welcome to my profile. I have 12 years experience working with children of all ages, caring for more than 20 children. Each child has had their own abilities and specific support needs. It has been a joy to be apart of their lives, support their development, and witness their vibrant personalities! I do not have a vehicle, however, I do have my full license and have experience driving with young children in the car. I am very aware of food allergies and nutrition, experienced in preparing healthy well balanced meals with dietary restrictions. Trained in CPR, and the proper use of an AED. I have a background in the Arts. I believe that creative and sensory exploration is vital for children to develop an individual sense of self and to expand their understanding of how they can move within this world. I treasure the opportunity to shape activities to foster and support the interests and development of the child/children I care for. I am personally interested in how the arts can assist in a child's development and learning, however, I shape activities to reflect the interests and needs of the child/children. Before I commit to a contract I would like to meet your family, and then if we feel comfortable and excited I have found that a two/three week trial period is ideal to ensure we are a good match.
