People have always said that I have a special bond with children. I am a very genuine and caring person. I am passionate and love to go out and play or have down time doing crafts or movies. I am attending Fanshawe College for Autism and Behavioural Science post graduate programme so am comfortable and willing to work with many different individuals. I currently am not looking to start full time until the end of my school period but part time would be possible now. I look forward to meeting you and your children. I have babysat for years. But ontop of that I have volunteered at a school for teen mothers in the daycare. These children were a range of age from newborn to three years of age. I was responsible for the general well being of the children including feeding, changing, playing and sleep patterns. I have also volunteered with a speech-language pathologist with children from toddlers to teens. I partook in group therapy sessions to develop ones social skills and speaking abilities. I am currently attending Fanshawe college for the Autism and Behavioural Science Programme so would be great with a family with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have experience as a respite worker for an individual on the Autism Spectrum age 8- non verbal, non potty trained.
