Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are looking for a caring, nurturing, fun and trustworthy caregiver to our children. The individual should be able to help us around the house when the kids are at school and as well assist with caregiving for our children after school as well as some meal preparation., generally between the hours of 2:00 to 6ish. As well occasional babysitting You should be able to create a stimulating, caring and safe environment for children when they are at home after school. You should be able to encourage good manners, play with and lead some educational activities including reading and math. Before picking up the children from school you should be able to prepare meals as well as perform some house cleaning duties including vacuuming and laundry. When going to pick up children from school you could walk the dog to and from school. He is a gentle friendly dog. We are looking for someone that would like to help our family stay organized on a part time basis but potentially for a longer period into the future as our children grow. Job Qualifications and Requirements High school graduate Experience caring for children Training in early childhood education preferred First aid training and child CPR English proficiency, French would be a bonus Reliable, honest, and trustworthy Physical ability to care for children Ability to execute meal plans and support household cleaning Valid criminal reference check Positive can do attitude
