Nanny Job in Ancaster, Ontario

I am looking for someone warm, mature and laid-back to look after my one year old 2.5 days a week, and also walk my seven and five year old girls to and from school on Mondays and Thursdays. The hours would be Monday 8:30am- 5:30pm, Wednesday 9:30am-2pm, and Thursday 8:30pm-5:30pm. My son turns year on Aug. 21st and is an easy happy baby. He naps twice a day and sleep is a priority for us. I also have two little girls and the successful candidate would walk them to school for the 9:05am bell and pick them up at 3:25pm. Needs to be someone playful yet also structured enough to work well with three children all different ages and stages. Light house keeping would be great, and doing the children's laundry would also be appreciated. I would be happy for you to drive the baby to programs during the day (though this is not mandatory), we could provide a car seat. Ideally someone flexible would help as my hours may increase as the year goes on!
