Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

To all employment seeking nannies! Our family has a busy household and we're looking for some assistance and naturally the perfect fit! We are a family of 4 with a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. We both work full time and are struggling with maintaining our home, meal prep, and getting our kids from after school; as such we've decided to look for help. Ideally the position would be Monday - Friday from 2:00 - 6:00 ( /-) and look something like this: We live on Prospect Lake Rd (off West Saanich), you would come to our house around 2:00, spending roughly 1.5 hrs cleaning, pick the kids up from school/daycare (15 min drive) bring them home, spend some time with them doing an activity (indoors or outdoors) and prepare dinner, possibly assist with getting the lunches together for the next day as well or other tasks as time allows. We do not have a spare vehicle that could be used for picking up the kids so the position will require you to have your own vehicle. We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked with children as well as assisted in maintaining a home and also posses a clean driving abstract. A certain degree of flexibility is expected from both sides to ensure we both are getting what we want/need from one and other; if it doesn't work for one of us, it doesn't work for either of us. It's possible that our requirements may change after sometime of working together but for the immediate future assistance with the house and getting the kids from school and dinner prep are the main items we are looking for assistance with.
