Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Nanny responsibilities: - Provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which my child can thrive and develop. - Education in Early childhood development or related programs of study. - minimum 3 years experience. - General responsibilities include undertaking most all tasks related to the children’s care. - planning and preparation of meals, bathing, diapering/potty training, dressing, napping/ sleeping. - responsible for keeping the children’s areas neat and tidy and doing the children’s laundry, - transport toddler to daycare in mornings and if possible pick up from daycare. (Stroller distance) Housekeeping responsibilities: - parents laundry - Dishes - meal preparation - dusting, sweeping and general tidiness. - potential grocery shopping Requirements: During week: - 7-9am in mornings - prepare breakfast, wake, dress child. Transport toddler to daycare. - 5:30-7:30pm in evenings - pick up from daycare, provide snack, prepare dinner, play, prepare bath, bathe child. Tidy up for the night. Weekends - occasional requirement -5-6 hour intervals > anywhere from 10am to midnight on Saturdays and/or Sundays. References and Criminal background check are required.
