Nanny Job in West Vancouver, British Columbia

I am looking for a second set of hands!! I work full time (from home but am working on getting an office once COVID allows it) and have a 1, 3 & 6 year old. Sometimes I need to run out and have somebody look after the children but sometimes I want to send somebody out so I can spend time with my child(ren). Need childcare, grocery shopping, returns, organization around the house, cleaning, etc. I am basically looking for somebody who doesn't mind doing whatever I ask of them that day. My husband is now working from home short term as well so it is a full and busy house. Hours are flexible if needed and we are flexible. About 50%-60% of the job is childcare but each day is different which some people love but not all.
