Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Hi there! We are looking for a nurturing Nanny to care for two beautiful and sweet little girls. The girls are both 1.5 years old and have been best friends since they were infants. We have had the girls in a nanny-share arrangement since they were babies. We typically have care between two private residences, one located in the Fairfield area & the other in the Fernwood area of Victoria. Both locations are easy to get to by vehicle or by transit if need be. The girls are both very well behaved, highly intelligent and fun to play with. There is a double-stroller available for them to go on walks to the park or beach together in. We expect loving and attentive care with basic provision of lunch and snacks, water and drinks, diaper changing, grooming, clothing changed, nap-times and light housework to tidy up. The best candidate would be someone who is flexible to pick up an additional shift here or there, and to understand if a schedule has been changed due to an illness or travel etc... We are offering a pay rate including both girls together, and a single rate if care is required just for one. We are looking to find someone for long-term care who can become a bonding part of the girl\'s lives by actively nurturing their growth and development over time. The terms of employment require a meeting and interview in addition to credible references and and a background check. Upon employment a Nanny Contract and Handbook are also required to be signed as a legally binding document which outlines the expectations of the position.
