Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

I have 2 boys, 8 and 5 years old and a 2.5 yr old dog. All busy! I work from home and looking for someone to come from 3-6pm 2 days a week, to manage the boys, play board games, play in the backyard, and help with homework, etc., maybe get dinner started but that isn\'t mandatory. My boys are used to a Nanny, as they had one for 3.5 years. They have been spoiled with Mom home for the last year and are not adjusting to the after program at school. I will likely be around, in my office, when you are here, but I may have to leave for appointments, or may need extra hours evenings or weekends, so I\'m looking for flexibility. let me know what you think!
