Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Emily is a sociable, curious and fun-loving one-year old and we are two UBC professors living in the West End who mostly work on campus. We're needing someone to care for Emily, play with her, take her to activities in the local community, read to her etc. Hours needed are: Monday, Thu 9.45-6.3...; Tue 9.45-8.3... and every third or fourth Friday (9.45-.5.00). [Friday is negotiable--we could also offer evening babysitting every week or two to those interested]. This position suits someone who has flexibility with hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Candidate should: -Have at least 3 years experience working with small children -Have at least 2 references from working with small children -Be flexible, easy going, responsive and loving -Show initiative and demonstrate responsibility -Be willing to help out with dishes, basic tidying up after Emily (no major housework!) -Like cats -Training in ECE a definite asset We welcome any questions!
