I'm Lucie, I'm an early childhood educator. I worked with kids since more than 10 years in France, first as an animator, and then as a director of a leisure center, and in Canada since 2017 (Montréal, Halifax, Granby). Throughout my experiences, i gained some skills to interact with kids. My educative orientation and pedagogy are clear (learning by doing, children free to choose, some rules to guid them, outdoors activities with a goal, cultural activities...).
