Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

My wife and I both work shift work. We are looking for someone to watch our children from about 2pm to bedtime (8pm). My wife will be working from home so she is around if any emergencies arise. We have 4.5 year old boy/girl twins and an 18 month little boy. We are looking for someone who will keep our children safe, spend time outside, prepare meals and put them to bed. Flexibility will be needed as our schedules are a little bit all over the place. Our 4.5 year old daughter and 18 month old son have a rare genetic disorder. They both have developmental delays as well as seizures disorder which are quite well controlled. Our daughter is non-verbal, however she's able to communicate quite well with other methods.
