Nanny in Halifax, Nova Scotia

My name is Shannon Paquette. I am a second year science student at Dalhousie University. I am a very outgoing playful person and I love being around children. As a nanny, I enjoy outdoor activities, as well doing crafts, playing board games and baking. While most children today are consumed by electronic devices and the television, I try to break them out of the cycle and engage them in other equally as fun but mentally healthier activities. Children help keep us young and brighten up our days and I need that while studying - it will be a nice mental break to have fun. My most recent nanny experience was this past summer taking care of two girls age 2 and 4. I also have two brothers age 7 and 8 who I often cared for. Previous to this summer, I cared for two girls age 6 and 10. Along with child care, I was responsible for picking them up from school, preparing meals, helping with homework, small household maintenance (ie: dishes, sweeping, tidying toys) and laundry.
