My name is Raffaella, but all my families call me Ella, I am 30. I was born and raised in Italy until I was 18. I started my journey in childcare when I was really young. My first "job" as a babysitter was at 14, and at 16, I worked for 3 months as an entertainer for children in a Camping Village in Umbria, Italy. I was involved exclusively in the Mini Club, all laboratory theatrical activities with children, and I became a face painter for Birthday party. I have a 5 years Diploma in Early years education that I achieved studying in Italy. From 2012 to 2014 I was an Au Pair/Nanny in America with Cultural Care Au Pair. I am a hardworking, experienced, and qualified New Born Specialist, who has been working with children for over 12 years. After spending two years, in United States, I moved to London, in the UK, in 2015, and since then I been working in childcare and progressed in my studies.I been specialising in Post natal care since 2017. I have experience as sleep trainer and supporting mothers through breastfeeding. I am baby routine oriented from the early weeks with a gentle approach and with toddlers I like to use many of the Montessori theories. At the moment training to become a Doula. I am reliable and responsible, and I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages. I worked with multiples, sole-charge, as the head of a team of nurses, and in a Montessori nursery as I am also a level 3 nursery practitioner. I have worked in Italy, in the UK, US, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. I speak fluent English and Italian. I am very energetic, creative, and makes sure to constantly improve my professional development by attending professional courses and qualifications.
