My name is Nancy and I am very inspired to facilitate children in finding and developing their true identities in a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment. I am excited to work with a family in caring for their child/children in a way that meets their needs and allows for growth and success for all those involved! Every family and every child is a miracle. I have been supervising a twenty-four hour staffed home, where a young lady with congenital disabilities resides. I have been responsible for one to one care with her for 2.5 years and the last year and a half have also been in a position of helping organize and plan her meaningful activities on a day to day basis.
