Nanny in Bracebridge, Ontario

My name is Laura Beer, I am a 24 college student awaiting to start my second year of Social Service work at Georgian college. I am new to the Bracebridge area and I am looking to obtain a job in childcare environment. I have a variety of pervious childcare experience starting back in 2007 as part of co-op placements. Each placement was a different childcare environment. I worked in a kindergarten classroom for 9 months as well as working with one grade 6 autistic student. I have also worked in a private school for 3 years that offered childcare programs for infants to school aged. In that environment I lead daily classroom activities and supervised on field trips, as well as lead summer camp programs for those children who required extended care when the school year was over. By working within these different childcare environments, I have become familiar with the planning and organization involved in providing childcare to a variety of age ranges and needs. I feel that it is my previous experience and enthusiasm that would make me an excellent candidate to become a \"nanny\" I particularly enjoy working with young children as I find it very rewarding to be a part of their day to day development.
