Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello! I am 28 years young! I live in Toronto and I am extremely organized as well as highly experienced in childcare. I have 2 years of professional cleaning experience, 5 years of childcare experience (all age groups) and 5 years of retail merchandising experience. Children need to feel safe, comfortable and engaged at all times and I will ensure your child’s happiness and safety are always my #1 priority’s. I always want to make sure you (the parent/parents and I are on the same page when it comes to discipline and nurturing methods so we can ensure that your child/children understand that we are a team. We will work together to ensure your child/children develop and grow in a consistent/ healthy environment. My last Nanny Position: I worked for 2 families that are neighbors from June 2017 to October 2018 with 3 children (2 infants and 1 5yo) from 815am to 5pm mon-fri. I took care of all 3 full time in the summers. I was responsible for meal prep/ scheduling activities/ nap time routines/ school drop off and pick up and much more. About myself: I am an outgoing, responsible and trustworthy person. I love working with children, nothing warms my heart more than making a child laugh and smile! I went to Rosedale Heights School of the Arts, my specifications were visual and performing arts. I participated in school plays, dance shows, choir and art shows. I also have a black belt in karate, qualifying me as a Sensai. I was a volenteer for a children's summer camp at Earl Beatty Community center for 3 years. I was a co op student at a day care and hired on afterwards full time as a teacher and enhanced support. I was responsible for up to 8 children at once ages (3-6) and up to 4 children ages (12 months-2) I did everything from signing the children in, meal prep and serving, cleaning, singing songs, arts and crafts, quiet play, outdoor play, nap time, reading, potty training, helping prepare the seniors for kindergarten etc. What can I do?: Taking care, nurturing and loving them. Also meal prep, helping with their homework, Fun activities (indoor and outdoor) and creative games and crafts! I will clean and take care of pets as well!
