My name is Jill and I am a outgoing 23 year old. I have a very productive work ethic and thrive to constantly improve myself as a person. I truly love being around children and feel their innocence brings out the best in me. I am looking for a family that needs a helping hand to handle the many responsibilites of parenting. I would plan fine motor and gross motor activities ,a craft and a theme every week to teach the children. If you have ANY questions at all please dont hesitate to ask. Thank you for your time and consideration :) I have worked in a daycare facility for a total of three years! When I first started working at this daycare I was the assistant of the entire center. This gave me the oppurtunity to get to know all the children. Their ages ranged from 18mths to 8 years old. I then was moved into a clasroom (18ths-36mths) as a full time teacher. I worked in this classroom for almost two years. Then, was moved into the \"baby room\". The ages ranged from 12 months to 18 months. I was given more responsibility and became the full time primary teacher in this room. I LOVED every minute of it and learned that their childhood is the most important part of their lives.
