My name is Elizabeth and I am entering my third year at the University of Ottawa in the International Development and Globalization program. I am very passionate about helping people and working towards making the world and my community a better place. I volunteer regularly and hold an executive position in the Rotaract Club of Ottawa (community service director). I am very responsible, love children, and am able to effectively manage my time. It would be a great pleasure to work full time with children this summer and I hope you will consider my application. :) * Babysitting - I have been babysitting since i was 13 and have completed the required babysitting course * Member of Big Brothers and Sisters Homework Club - helping children (usually one on one interaction) with homework as well as providing a positive role model (2 years) * Member of Sage Youth - teaching literacy skills to children from grade 1 to 12, have worked with up to 6 children at one time in both French and English (1 year)
